Geyikli Natural Farm started its 2022 harvest. In the last days of October, the mats set up under the olive trees were filled with early harvest olives falling from the branches.
Since the summer season was quite dry this year, although the grains were a little small, their oiling was quite good. As we have experienced in previous years, even though the oil per kilo of olives is low in rainy seasons, the oil quality has reached a high level. A very high quality olive oil emerged from the olives that were pressed shortly after being picked.
